Stop Motion Animation & Digital Music Production Camp

In this truly interdisciplinary camp, creativity comes to life through art and technology. Each day begins with hands-on arts and crafts, where students design and build their own creatures, landscapes, and storylines using materials like clay, paint, and mixed media. With their creations in hand, students transition to iPads to bring their ideas to life through stop motion animation, using digital tools to capture, sequence, and edit their work.

The second half of the day, the focus shifts to sound design and music production using the GarageBand app. Students learn how to enhance their animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and original music, exploring how audio adds depth, emotion, and storytelling power to their projects.

By the end of the camp, students will have created their own dynamic, multi-dimensional media pieces, combining visual storytelling with sound in a fun, engaging, and highly creative environment.
